The Customer will have a period of 10 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product for the return of the same. Not applicable to products sold "in bulk or by meters" which fall within the concept of "Personalized Products", such as ribbons, fabrics, unless a complete piece is purchased.
Unless the return is made for defects in the product, the expenses related to the shipment will be assumed by the user. In any case the product must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition. To do this, they must direct their revocation and return the goods to:
